• “Device Owner” refers to a person who legally owns or has legal authority to monitor a device.

2. Eligibility

You may use Mobivvy only if:

• You are 18 years or older, and

• You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing monitoring and investigation activities.

Mobivvy does not allow use of its Services for stalking, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or any unlawful activity.

3. Legal Use of Monitoring Software

By using Mobivvy Monitoring Software, you confirm and agree that:

1. You are the legal owner of the device being monitored OR

2. You have obtained clear, lawful consent from the device owner/user OR

3. You are a parent/guardian monitoring a minor under your legal care.

You agree that you, not Mobivvy, are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether monitoring is legal in your jurisdiction

• Obtaining any required consent

• Ensuring compliance with privacy, wiretapping, and surveillance laws

Mobivvy disclaims all liability for misuse of its software.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Mobivvy:

• To monitor a device you do not own or control

• To spy on a spouse, partner, or adult without consent

• To intercept communications illegally

• To collect personal data without lawful authority

• To engage in stalking, harassment, or exploitation

• To violate employment laws without proper notice/consent

Mobivvy may suspend or terminate accounts for any suspected misuse.

5. Licensing & Restrictions

Mobivvy grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Monitoring Software for approved purposes only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the software

• Share, resell, or transfer your license

• Interfere with servers, security protocols, or dashboard access

• Use automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Mobivvy.

6. Private Investigation Services

Mobivvy’s investigation services are provided by licensed professionals.
By hiring an investigator, you acknowledge:

• Results are not guaranteed

• Findings depend on real-world conditions

• Evidence gathering is limited by law

• Retainers/deposits are non-refundable

• Mobivvy may decline any case that appears illegal or unethical

Clients must provide truthful, accurate information. False statements may result in termination of services.

7. Data Handling & Privacy

Your use of Mobivvy is also governed by our:

• Privacy Policy

• Refund Policy

• Cookie Policy (if applicable)

Mobivvy:

• Encrypts stored and transmitted data

• Restricts access to authorized personnel only

• Does not sell or share personal data to third parties except as required by law

You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

8. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your login details secure

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Mobivvy is not responsible for loss of data resulting from misuse, device resets, OS updates, or connectivity issues.

9. Payments, Renewals & Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees

• Allow automatic renewals unless you cancel

• Understand that activated monitoring licenses are non-refundable

Billing-related issues are covered under our Refund Policy.

10. Service Availability & Updates

Mobivvy does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

• Monitoring performance after device updates or manufacturer restrictions

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mobivvy Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• Monitoring data will always be accurate

• Investigative results will meet expectations

• The service will work on all device models or OS versions

• Evidence collected will be admissible in court

Use of Mobivvy is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobivvy is not liable for:

• Misuse of monitoring tools

• Illegal installation or surveillance

• Loss of data or access

• Business loss, emotional distress, or punitive damages

• Any damages resulting from your actions or decisions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our service is to stop using Mobivvy.

13. Termination of Service

Mobivvy may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected

• Payment is not completed or reversed

• False information is provided

Upon termination, all access to the dashboard and collected data may be revoked.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA.
Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or courts within that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

Mobivvy may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
