1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are considered under specific conditions and at Mobivvy’s sole discretion.
Because our services involve digital access, investigative labor, and confidential information, many purchases are non-refundable once delivered or used.

2. Refund Policy for Monitoring Software Plans

Because access to Mobivvy monitoring software provides immediate digital value, the following rules apply:


A. Eligible for Refund (Under Certain Conditions)

A refund may be approved if:

1. Technical Issues Prevent Usage

You are unable to use the software due to a verified technical issue that Mobivvy’s support team cannot resolve within 7 days of your initial report.

2. Incompatibility Issues

If the target device is genuinely incompatible and:

  • Mobivvy published no warning about its incompatibility

  • Installation was attempted within 7 days of purchase

  • Support confirms the software cannot function on the device

3. Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.

4. Non-Activated Licenses

If you purchased a license but have not activated or used it within 7 days of purchase.


B. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:

1. User Misuse or Unauthorized Installation

No refunds for:

  • Failure to gain access to a device

  • Inability to obtain legal consent

  • Misuse of the software

  • Changing your mind after activation

  • Not understanding the legal obligations of monitoring

2. Successful Installation

Once Mobivvy software is activated on a device, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

3. Lost Access to the Device

If the monitored device is lost, reset, updated, replaced, or blocked by the user, no refund is applicable.

4. Investigator-Assisted Cases

If you received personalized technical assistance, remote help, or forensics support, the plan becomes non-refundable.

5. Expired Subscriptions

No refunds for unused time after renewal.


3. Refund Policy for Private Investigation Services

Because investigative services involve time, labor, research, travel, and confidential intelligence work, refunds follow stricter guidelines.


A. Retainers & Deposits

All investigation retainers and initial deposits are non-refundable once paid.
They cover:

  • Case intake

  • Planning and preparation

  • Allocation of investigators

  • Research time

  • Administrative setup


B. Work Already Completed

Any investigative work already performed is non-refundable, including:

  • Surveillance hours

  • Background checks

  • Digital forensics

  • Evidence gathering

  • Interviews or fieldwork

  • Report drafting

  • Case analysis


C. Eligible for Partial Refund

You may be eligible for a partial refund only if:

  • No investigative work has begun, AND

  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment


D. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds cannot be granted if:

  • Investigation has started

  • You choose to stop or pause the case

  • Requested results cannot be guaranteed

  • Evidence found does not meet your expectations

  • Third-party delays occur

  • You change your mind after case initiation


4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monitoring subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellation does not grant a refund for:

  • Time already used

  • Current billing periods

  • Activated licenses


5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting Mobivvy first is considered a violation of our Terms.
Mobivvy retains the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks

  • Provide evidence of service delivery

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent disputes


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing department:
